FORMAT

These sessions are available for people to gain more knowledge and confidence in self defence and learn more about the use of physical force and self defence techniques. Your trainer will train you in a safe and friendly environment - while still placing emphasis on the importance of understanding the realism behind self defence.

During these sessions we will create a personalised programme for you which will cater to your own needs. Your programme will include a training schedule, progress record and ongoing support from your trainer.

  • Hands-on Training and Practice of individual techniques
