Ross Griffiths
head trainer
Ross works full time at The Snow Centre Hemel Hempstead on the Operations Team. As part of his role at The Snow Centre he is responsible for team training, quality assurance and regulatory requirements for First Aid. He frequently deals with first aid incidents for a variety of different situations on the slope, both minor and major. He has years of customer care experience within the service industry, as well as formal management training. His passion for teaching & learning is what drives Ross to constantly improve himself, gain more skills and qualifications, and share his knowledge with others.

Laura Foley
Trainer
Laura is an A&E doctor in the NHS. Having qualified as a doctor in 2016, she has years of experience working on the NHS frontline. Her passion for first aid has arisen from an awareness of the pivotal role that first aid plays in the survival and recovery of casualties. This, combined with her love of outdoor sports means she is keen to inspire, empower and equip learners with the skills needed to deal with emergency situations in a wide variety of environments.
